Substantial breakfast with lots of meals. A nice size room with 3 twin beds for 3 lady travelers, good offer. - An absolutely perfect and excellent location close to restaurants and bars. - A good old and unique hotel, my first choice in New York.

The breakfast facility. The cashmachine in the basement. That you could print your boardingpass. Internet in your room. Airconditioning. A safe in your room. An informationdesk in the lobby. Spacy room.

Located at the heart of the city, this place is close to the iconic Manhattan Skyline. The rooms are well-furnished and offer all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and I really liked the good facilities here. 😊

Location was good
There is no view to the outside. The is no natural light coming through the window. The internet was weak, even though the hotel advertises wireless internet, meant that anytime I wanted to go online I went to the nearest starbucks. The tv service was poor. Gym was poor. Hotel is good for location. The staff were helpful.

Very conveniently located at 5 min walking distance from Penn Station and generally good location.
Not great value for money. It is ok but not worth the money it charges, even factoring in NYC prices

The proximity to shops, The Empire State Building, the ease of getting to places, breakfast supplied, washing facilities, historic feel of the place.
Lack of cooling in elevators and corridors and coming back to a hot room (but it did cool quickly once the aircon was put on)

The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are tastefully decorated, practical, and come with 3 twin beds, a shower, and a fridge.- The breakfast served is substantial with fabulous food.- I would stay here again, especially appreciated the pastries and fruit in the morning.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Empire state building and around 10-15mins walk to Times Square. Also near several subway stations on mainlines. The bed was really comfortable, the room was a good size for 2.
The aircon was very noisy but we were so tired from being out all day and night that we just slept through it anyway!
